Privacy Policy OneBreathFlow

This Privacy Policy describes how Xingya Wang (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the OneBreathFlow mobile application and its Apple Watch companion (collectively, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We built OneBreathFlow to be private by design. The App does not require an account, and the information you create in the App is stored on your device.

  1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

The App does not access your location, Health data, Contacts, Camera, or Microphone.

  1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The following information is created and stored locally on your device (and, where applicable, in your device’s iCloud/system backups managed by Apple). We do not have access to it:

• Your breathing session history and activity records • Streaks, points, and rewards progress • Session configurations and breathing patterns • Theme and appearance preferences • Daily reminder settings • App settings (such as sound and haptic preferences)

This data stays on your device. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed from your device.

  1. APPLE WATCH SYNC

If you use the Apple Watch companion, session settings and related data are synced directly between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. This transfer occurs between your own devices and is not sent to us.

  1. NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to practice. These reminders are generated on-device and are not sent from or through our servers.

  1. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

OneBreathFlow offers an optional premium subscription (“OneBreathFlow Pro”). To process and manage purchases, we use:

• Apple / App Store: All payments are handled by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of your information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions and validate purchases. RevenueCat may process information such as a randomly generated app user identifier, your purchase and subscription history, and technical information such as device type, operating system, and IP address, in order to provide subscription functionality. We do not use this information to identify you personally. For details, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

We use purchase information solely to provide, restore, and manage your access to premium features.

  1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information is used only to:

• Provide and maintain the App’s features • Deliver and restore premium subscription functionality • Sync your settings between your own Apple devices • Send the reminders you choose to enable

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes.

  1. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

App content you create is retained on your device until you delete it in the App or delete the App. Purchase records processed by Apple and RevenueCat are retained according to their respective policies. To cancel a subscription, manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  1. SECURITY

Because your app content is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device’s own security features. Purchase-related data is transmitted over encrypted connections by Apple and RevenueCat.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) regarding personal information. Because we do not maintain personal information about you on our own servers, most of your data is controlled directly by you on your device. For requests relating to data processed by our service providers, you can also contact them directly using the links in this policy.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

  1. CONTACT US
